I thinking of joining Air National Guard. Admittedly I am not in the best shape.
I'm 22 years old Nerdy and Small 5'8 and 125 pounds. I really want to gain a few pounds before I talk to a recruit and also I want to get into shape so I don't waste anybodies time in BMT.
I do WALK about 2 mile per day
What does ANG basic training consist of? Someone told me it is easy and is most situps/pushups jogging, and jumping jacks. Is that really all to it?
Is there any Diet I should be on?
Any Military people have exercise schedule I should be on?
