So here's the thing; I'm male, 6'3", and I weigh about 260-270, and I can't do a push-up. It isn't that I'm some weakling; I know 3/4 of my weight is muscle, and I can out-lift generally every guy I know. But I've gained some weight from eating too much, and I can't lift my self up with my arms alone. If any of you could give me some tips on how to lose weight for someone of my physical state, it would be greatly appreciated.
