Im a 14 year old girl and I am 118.1 pounds. The past 2 years I have gained a little fat in the stomach area (only that area). Like you can see some bulge in the tummy area when I wear tight-ish clothes.
So my question is:
If I work out on the treadmill for 30 minutes slow and fast will I loose my butt? or gain some butt?
Same question for riding my bike?
And same question with running around my apartment a couple of times?
and will it help my tummy possibly?
and what should I eat and drink?
I dont really want to loose alot of weight (maybe 2 or 3 pounds (just in the tummy and yes I know targeted weight loss is impossible)
and im 118.1 pounds and I THINK I am exactly 5 feet tall so is that a good BMI?
and yes i do stand straight. so its not my posture
so if I run on the treadmill for 30 minutes then do some crunches I wont like end up loosing a bunch of weight cause im already kind of skinny and I dont want to be like anorexic. lol thanks
