exercise program for physically challenged PLEASE HELP ME?

I see these infomercials for P90X and insanity and I Really want to do them the thing is u am confined to a wheelchair. I can get out do dips push ups and crunches(yet when I do them I start on one side of room and end up on other side lol) I can't tuck my feet under a bed or anything cause my one foot/ankle is permanently turned outward. I can obviously do cardio and I do in the fall and winter but I was curious if anyone knows of or create an intense workout for me. I can swim and love it but can't afford a gym or the Y. I asked a similar question before but all I got were mean answers and the obvious ask ur Dr, but my Dr is useless he doesn't have experience with handicapped people other than me. (I HAVE A SOLDIER MENTALITY AND WILL DO WHAT IT TAKES I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO AND KNOW WHAT'S MOST EFFECTIVE)
MY PROBLEM AREA IS MY STOMACH AND THIGHS. MY ARMS AND CHEST ARE FIRM
I'M A SIZE DBL/TRPL X AND WOULD LIKE TO GET DOWN TO AN XL OR BETTER.
