I'd like to get a little slimmer and shed some fat, but without gaining a lot of muscle or being too bulky. Especially in the leg area, what are some good exercises to make my legs thinner and not gain a bunch of muscle?
I'm female, 16, 5'6 and about 135 pounds. I'm pear shaped so i really want to trim down the butt/thigh area. thanks!
