hi ..
i have a query for all those who are experienced at the gym / running etc
i have begun gym for 7 days ... on days when i have day off from work ( weekends ) my exercise seems to be very beneficial to my body .. on my days at work i catch exercise at end of my day .. on my way back .. i am tired but i do it all the same ...however the exercise does not seem as complete ( i am not able to squeeze out the best technique from the movements ) ..
i want to ask as long as i stay on my diet and put in my 45 mins of sincere work at gym will i drop weight ( i am 5 ft 7 and 190 and want to drop 30 lbs .. age 39 years ) ...
it seems on days that my boss is yelling and everything is topsy turvy that the exercise is just not the same quality although i stay very honest to my routine
is this just psychological ?
