So I had a baby about 4 months ago and I'm not worried about loosing any weight, I didn't really gain much and I weigh less not then before I had my baby but I want to tone back up! My daughter took my butt! Its barely there now so I want to do something about that. My thighs need some toning along with my upper arms. And I still have a little extra on my belly! Does any one have any good exercise to help with this?
Also has any one tried those shape up shoes? Do they really help? THANKS!
