Im 13 and i started working out last year, I have big biceps for a 13 year old and I have a six pack and its hard as steel BUT, I cant see them really. Now, I have baby fat on my stomach and sould I leave it there and just have abbs that you can feel? Or work the baby fat off? How could I work off this baby fat? Oh yeah, I run 1 mile everyday, will this help?
