exercise help please?

i will take any advice

i work out 5 times a week i do 30-40 min cardio
and 30-40 min muscle training

in a female at 15 years old 5'2 or 5'3 and 120 pounds

i REALLY wanna tone my legs
i have a problem where i have an inner thigh which i hate but i also have a big quadriceps muscle which i hate even more
how can i get my legs toned lean and sexy, instead of big and bulky?

i also really wanna tone my stomach

types of workouts , nutrition advice
anything .
im willing to listen
