i am 16yrs old and weigh 113lbs and about 5.5ft. i follow a very strict diet i eat less and exercise a lot. i run 5-6days a week and burn 700-800calories a day. i also burn more than 3500cal a week.
this week i still ate healthy and exercised a lot except on friday,saturday and sunday i had desserts. on those 3 days i still exericsed does that mean i wont gain weight? except on sunday i ate the sweets earlier and waited 1hr to exercise. since i ran and burned calories does that mean i burned the cake? and i burned the fat?
usually i dont eat sweets a lot. i usually eat them once a week but this week i couldnt help myself.
all i want to know is will i still lose weight?
