i am 49 years old and my max heart rate is 150 b/p/min (its probably a little higher and my resting heart rate is 54 b/p/min. if i wanted to train using fat as my main source of fuel or energy ie: the fat burning zone what setting should i use as a guidline on my heart rate monitor? i have worked it out at 112 to 121 beats per min
