exercise bike?

I have a vulcan exercise bike and, although im happy at my weight, i want to tone up my thighs and overall body.
I've been doing 20k a day (45 min) for the past week, just wondering if i keep on doing this will my calves get all big and muscley - because i dont want that.
also is that a good workout - i eat healthy and i burn 450 calories when im on it each time.
any answers appreciated

No, don't worry about getting all muscle-y. A lot of girls have this concern when they work out but you females dont have the testosterone output that men do. Lifting weights and burning fat wont make you look like the Hulk.

That being said Isabella, eating well and doing cardio like you are doing is excellent for your overall health as well as your physique. I had to say your name again, Isabella, its a fun name to say. Isabella, Isabella.

nah, they won't get all big and muscly.. :)
i thought that when i did it, that would happen to me too, but you'd have to be like, doing 3 hours a day on the bike for them to get all big....

and yeah, thats a good workout - although, try running as well, that tones up everything, thighs, calfs, abs, bum........and it burns up heaps of calories.... i love it..
