I am starting a new healthy lifestyle and am wondering if I was using my exercise bike to bike 10 miles and bouncing on trampoline for 30 mins every night, would this be enough to lead to weight loss along with a low fat/ low carb diet?

hey, don't you just hate the answers u get about acai berry!! i did this exercise also, trampoling apparently doesn't burn many calories around 120 per 30minutes, remembering biking only targets the legs mainly, you will burn calories but its better to jump around to burn the fat stored, ive restarted doing a workout dvd so sticking to that as biking did nothing for me, but i still trampoline before bed to speed up my metabolism...good luck x

I do a form of trampolining called Power Track, it's not easy but it's a lot of fun and great excercise. You'd have to find a gym that had one though.

10 miles a night?! I don't do biking, but sounds like a long way. I can usually only run maybe 6 miles at a time, so I assume biking is easier...

Try and diversify, do a lot of everything.
