Exercise ball at work good for pregnancy?

I am 29 weeks pregnant and work about 55 hours/week, consisting mostly of sitting. I do get up every now and then and walk around, but only for about 10 minutes at time. The chairs we have were comfortable, but now they make my back and butt hurt. Has anyone heard of bringing one of those giant exercise/yoga balls to sit on? Just wondering if this would be good me and baby or if it would be harmful. I plan on working within a week of my due date so I'm trying to be as comfortable as I can. Thanks!
