Exercise and weight loss question?

Ok so im 15 a girl and im not so happy with my weight so this WHOLE summer ive been exercising to lose some weight and i have been eating a little heather but not a diet.
I can tell the difference its made and im gaining muscle like i should and losing weight but my stomach hasn't really changed. I work out EVERYTHING not just my stomach.
There has been a little weight loss on the sides of my stomach but not so much in the middle and lower part. Im wondering what else i can do to lose my hated stomach fat!?
Oh and i do know i have to take breaks and let my body recover!
