Ey, so lately I've been posting questions like this.
I weigh 112 pounds and I am 5'6. I am naturally skinny but I would like to burn thih fat? Not near my knees but the ending of my jibs which connects to my pelvis? And hip bones? I don't have wide hips, all my fat goes to
my thighs. I have an EXTREMLY healthiy diet, what I'm looking for is an excercises I can do 30 mins. A day in the morning around 7:40-8:10 before i go to school! what can indo? and I mean simple yet effiectove ones that aren't running or weihts?(I don't want to get muscular)
