Ok so im 15 and sport stopped back september coz of the cold. It wont be startin again until after christmas and i want to do 2 things:
1) build up my running speed for when it starts
2)im beggining to loose my 5pack with fat from no exercise
How long will i have to spend on an exercise bike (answer in time or calories or distance) to do this ?
