I was given a project at work to do a vacation calendar, specifically the first worksheet with a whole year calendar that fits onto the screen, then a blown up month in a separate worksheet. Here EMPLOYEES WILL WRITE IN WHEN THEY WANT TO TAKE A DAY OFF OR THEIR WEEKS, . What I want to do is so that whoever opens up the spreadsheet, it takes them to the first worksheet with the year summary. However in that same entire year calendar, for a specific date to highlight, fill, or alert if someone has made a change to a cell in lets say the worksheet where July is found.
