Excel - can I look at a cell and ask if it contains something output something else?

I have an Excel sheet supplied by a customer but some of the cells are named incorrectly eg. it might say save 20% on fd or it might say special offer on fd can i search these and output a seperate cell with save 20% on food, wine and chocolates? etc...

Hope this makes sense.
