Obama never managed anything and he could even get a simple household checking account to balance.

So what ever paid for it does not really matter. It appears all he got out of it was being able to read speeches, be a part time school teacher, part time lawyer that got crook buddies off and raise fund. Well he did write a couple of books..makes one wonder who the ghost writer might have been.
