exactly how bad is a grilled chicken burrito at taco bell?

i know that no fast good is exactly good for you but i am currently addicted to the grilled chicken burrito. I don't know which fats are good and how much salt is too much so i am going to add the nutritional value and if some one could break it down for me i would really appreciate it.

I don't take any chances and just grill my own chicken on the outside grill down by the lake and just add a little kickin chicken seasoning.......very nice stuff...ha
 
Just really fast food is horrible, There is no nutritional value to it really. you will never get Toned if you eat fast food because of the amount of fat compared to protein in it. I mean really sugars are all right for a quick burst of energy if you know you will be doing stuff but fats are just horrible and especially when protein which give really good energy is so much lower then it. The Sodium count is really high and that is not good as it is what your addicted to for one and for two if you get lots of salt in one place then you wont be hungry for nutritional food so watch the sodium count because that is what attracts your mind to the food because of our natural salt addiction. And I'm sure all the cholesterol is bad cholesterol in that. Just stay away from it because it is horrible for you.

Ignore what they say about calories you need calories for your body to work its energy but what you need to watch for is Fat calories because that will just ruin a diet and add more fat for you to burn instead of pure caloric energy. In general terms When the fat is higher then the protein it will make you tired so one you will gain fat instead of just energy and two you will want to burn the calories less because it makes you tired.

Based on the facts you provided it doesnt seem that bad, im not sure what they are for your daily value, but just make sure you dont eat much from taco bell or any other fast food place. And by the way, the 870mg of sodium seems like a lot to me.
 
It's not that bad if you have the calories for it you'll be fine
A better choice would be the fresco chicken burrito (on the "drive-thru diet" menu) it's about 100 calories less
