I think Singh is a great PM from what I have read about him, but he doesn't seem to be doing much of anything in response to the terror attacks and escalating situation within India now. IMO, he needs to take a Bush-like approach to fighting domestic terror, stat.

Countries believed to have at least one nuclear weapon, or programs with a realistic chance of producing a nuclear weapon in the near future:
Israel - Israel is not a member of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and refuses to officially confirm or deny having a nuclear arsenal, or to having developed nuclear weapons, or even to having a nuclear weapons program. Although Israel claims that the Negev Nuclear Research Center near Dimona is a "research reactor," no scientific reports based on work done there have ever been published. Imagery analysts can identify weapon bunkers, mobile missile launchers, and launch sites in satellite photographs. It is believed to possess nuclear weapons by the International Atomic Energy Agency. Israel may have tested a nuclear weapon along with South Africa in 1979 (see Vela Incident). According to the Natural Resources Defense Council and the Federation of American Scientists, they may possess 300-400 weapons, a figure which would put them above the median in the declared list.[13]

If money is more important to you than religion or a good family life than that is your prerogative. Incidentally, all of the top schools in the United States are the ones with the largest Jewish population. I believe most Ivy League Colleges have close to 25% and the top law schools are closer to 40%. The two factors are statistically directly proportional.
