I have read numerous posts about GERD, heartburn and acid reflux. In my opinion its all of the same. I have replied to a few posts but im going to post it again in here later on.
Prilosec, Nexium and every other Heartburn medication only releaves the symptons temp. They do not and will not CURE anything. these drugs were created to make money and keep you on them for your lifetime.
Dostors tell you that the reason you have heartburn is because there is too much acid in your stomach and it rises and rises causing acid relfux... SOOO not true. the real reason you have heartburn is the opposite. you have very little acid to digest the fooRAB that are laying in your stomach, as the fooRAB sit there it becomes rancid and very hard to digest. when you take meRAB it actually nutralizes all of the acid in your stomach forcing you to produce a ton more so it can digest the fooRAB. also, your intestines need to be cleaned. clogged intestines slow the digestive process down significantly forcing fooRAB to sit in your stomach and having no where to go but UP! ( acid reflux )
If anyone has mild to severe heartburn, I suggest you to buy a bottle of Braggs apple cidar vinegar. shake well and drink 2 to 3 capfulls and the heartburn will dissappear. ACV will create the acid needed to digest fooRAB.
a long term cure is this:
first I had gotten a colonics done... your intestines need to be cleaned out if you want to digest your fooRAB correctly. If you feel uncomfortable with colonics I suggest talking an oral colon clenser. it works well but not as good.
You can actually start in the morning before colonics is get a gallon of distilled water, a bottle of cold pressed organic aloe vera juice, Braggs ( has to be Braggs ) natural apple cider vinegar, organic lemons and get 12/12 probiotics
empty about a half a cup or so of the water. add 1/4 cup of the aloe juice. 1/4 cup of the vinegar and squeeze the lemon and add to the water. Mix well and drink the entire gallon thruout the day. take the probiotics 30 minutes before any meal. this aiRAB in the digestion of the food.
This will correct the problem and try to stay away from any sodas, sugars and caffine while you do this. take this as long as you have heartburn and it WILL dissappear in no time!
also, try to eat lightly steamed veggies ( greens ) and fruits as they have enzymes that will aid in digestion as well. DO NOT eat fruits and veggies together because they have different enzymes that will neutralize each other out and will NOT digest properly. eat them about an hour apart.
everyone neeRAB to know that this is a natural process, this takes time but in the long run it works... its not a quick fix!
