Every time i try to log in to the playsatation network on my playstation 3 it says

connection timed out help.. ok i have a plastation account and i am on wireless internet.........my signal strenth is 95%........and im on my computer with wireless so i know it has to work.......so why cant i log in to the network on my plastation 3.......Please help..
