Ah, interesting. I actually had someone in my class two years ago tell me about them, because i guess she'd seen some outside reading of mine and thought that these were my type of books. Well, they were. lol.

I read them all in order. If there's a series, i aways read them in order (And if i really like them, i read them fairly quickly) because i'm just that way in that i would feel weird reading them out of order (Even today when i re-read Harry Potter, i read them all from the very first book and don't skip ahead :lol:)

I caught up to them all by mid-2009, as i recall, and have kept up thus far with each new release. But, alas, i only own the first book, and have checked out all the others from the library. One day, i will own all of them :)

I really love this series. I love all the characters, and the cases. Nora Roberts comes up with interesting case after interesting case, and keeps the story going with our main characters as well.
 
Yeah, i have thought about it.

I really like Hugh Jackman for Roarke. He is so hot. I looked up Michael Fassbender and he is not the Roarke for me.

I've thought of a few for Eve. Mainly Mariska Hargitay and Stana Katic. Fitting, as they are both cops on cop shows. I really like Stana Katic, and he hair from season 1 and early season 2 is the perfect length for Eve, in my opinion.

I've always liked Maggie Gyllenhaal for Peabody. I don't have anyone for McNab, though.

But i really really like Donald Sutherland for Summerset. I know he doesn't have the bony-ness that is Summerset, but i still like him for Summerset.
 
An American friend sent me Holiday in Death and Conspiracy in Death :yay: I'm having a kick out of reading Eve's issues with Christmas shopping :lol: And of course Roarke is so excited and looking forward to build memories with her :sigh:
 
Or they surprise us with amazing casting! :rotfl: I cant help but actually wish they would do a series. This would make a kick ass show :nod:
 
Oh, their first meeting was priceless :lmao:

My favorite was Immortal in Death, I think. Eve's wedding preparations, remerabering killing her father, more insight into Roarke's character. And of course I loved to hate Casto :lol:
