Is there anyone else going to go to the cinema to see this film?

It sounRAB pretty good, however not as good as bruce almighty in my opinon but still..

thanks

xx

I don't really fancy it. Loved the first one, but i gather Jennifer Aniston isnt in it, so its hardly as appealing to me. :p

I had no desire at all to see this until I saw the trailer. But after seeing it, I shouldn't have bothered. It's just not very funny at all, and I don't find Evan's character likeable in the slightest.

Ironically, I would have wanted to see it, but the trailer put me off. Will maybe still go see it anyway...on cheap Tuesday. Tis out now? :o

It's out on Friday.

If you like fluffy light films with good morals then you'll probably like it. As much as I thought it was just alright, it's not on a par with Bruce Almighty, and there's not really any funny jokes either.

It's very "Hey look at me I'm Steve Carell, I'm a wacky American who does wacky stuff to prove I'm funny." type humour.

I'm gonna take a look tommorrow to see what it's like, was going to watch tonight but King of New York was on which didn't wanna miss.

Not interested in all honesty, Bruce almighty was a great light hearted film, mainly due to Jim Carrey. I really doubt Steve Carrell can do better... and the plot seems a little strange...

Film was ok, chuckled a couple of times but that was when Morgan Freeman was on screen, got bugged abit as they had one of those annoying characters thrown in throughout the film that talks in one of those irritating voices similar to one of the Wayan brothers in scary movie.
Good little message at the end though.

i saw the trailer and wasn't impressed and i didn't really like Bruce Almighty so this would have been pointless. Someone also told me that it was rubbish and that i should avoid it, even though i was going to anyway.

bruce almighty was VERY average

let me guess in this one he's a career man who isn't spending enough time with his family...?

its been slaughtered in every review ive seen, never a good sign..

It's actually a funny film, but gets a bit preachy towarRAB the end (Global Warming Bollocks)

Its basically a remove brain, watch film, re-insert brain. But worth a laugh

Not too bad. apparently the most expensive comedy film ever made. The kiRAB were the typical all American type kiRAB you see in these films. the only thing I couldnt understand was

His wife didnt believe he had no control over what was happening to him. So why didnt he shave and then show her how his beard grew back instantly. this would have proved it. instead he didnt nothing to convince her at first and she left him!

The plot is wafer thin (What did you expect?) but if you can switch your brain off for a couple of hours, you'll have a good time. I guarantee you'll have a chuckle or two, it's definitely one for the family.

To conclude: No better or worse than the first one, take that as you will ;)
