EV-DO Moto Q or EDGE Nokia E61 for 'Net??

I'm caught b/w the Moto Q and the Nokia E61. Surfing the full 'net and multimedia are crucial to my use. EV-DO (vz) seems to have a higher transfer rate than EDGE (T-Mo).

What is the real world difference b/w the two when surfing full html? Is it very noticeable? When is UMTS expected stateside?

As far as other net/multimedia features b/w the two phones, E61 seems to have the upper hand with wi-fi built in and DUN capabilities. Although, I must say that streaming TiVo off a Slingbox and Sirius radio on the Q is a sweet thing indeed. E61 also seems to have a slightly larger screen.

Any thoughts re: which is ultimately going to be a better device for net and general multimedia (streaming video and music) use?

Should I be contemplating the 8125 also? Only issue with 8125 is the bulk.

Oh, and lastly, I am a current T-mo subscriber with a BB7290 on a corp BES (which I realize plays well with E61, but I can also get the Q to do what I need for email). South Florida/Boca Raton area.

Thanks in advance.

utms is in the states thru cingular but it has to be either 1900 and soon 850. all the euro utms phones are 2100. there will be a diffrence surfing with evdo and utms, even bigger with edge, but there are other ways to beat/ or get the same as evdo, (try opera mini). but on the other hand edge thru cingular is almost every where, oppose to evdo is only in certain cities. i would go gsm cingular or tmobile

im not sure about streaming because i've never tried it, but on my E60 (VERY similar to E61) the web surfing is AWESOME. Its very speedy, at 54mbps. You can browse full webpages. I've been on hofo, revscene.net, google you name it on my phone. It handles it very well.

MSN is also a nice option, especially when its free (wifi)
