Etiquette when eating in a restaurant?

I posted a question a week ago about a friend who overeats and is in danger of developing type 2 diabetes. My question now is, he has now developed a habit of ordering the most food he can, and then when he's finished he looks a my plate and says "are you going to eat that?", referring to my left meat. I ignored him last time but last night I went out when I wasnt well and the food didnt taste nice to me, so I left quite a bit. The friend said " are you leaving that?" which I ignored, he then said a few minutes later "can I try that beef?"to which I felt obliged to let him do.He then proceeded to take a huge beef steak off my plate. I am getting a bit annoyed at his greed, how can anyone be that hungry all the time?
He isnt doing any workouts, hes very overweight, I want to know how to respond when he keeps wanting my food as well as his own

Well, since your question was, "How can anyone be that hungry all the time?" I shall have to say, they are fat, therefore, they are hungry.
