ethics of medical testing on animals?

I'm doing an ethics research report on the morality of medical testing on animals. My task is to look at both sides of the issue and break each side down as to why it is moral or not. I am looking for two to three primary sources (original sources, not cited sources) that authors themselves have developed. If anyone knows any, please list the URL or name of the article or book, as well as the author. Any recomendations are greatly appreciated.
