CINZIA! LETTE! MOM!
Even though he was in that moment and never really stopped being worried for her, he saw that comment and the flirtatious tone it was delivered to be the distractor that it was.
Thanks babe! Just a small accomplishment that I'm proud of.

OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. The jump that the stunt peeps forgot to make a legit MUTUAL action. Kate is like, "AND THAT'S MY CUE!", leaving Sawyer without any direction whatsoever. Wanna call for a taxi, Sawyer? If not, then you gotta jump. Talk about being pushed.

True, but that's just being helpful, could be seen as eagerness, because they're all eager to get off the Island, Jack's idea to go to the cockpit at all is for that very reason. Charlie went on a few treks of his own, except for the third one, and I didn't see Jack claiming to him that he can't keep his feet on the ground (he didn't have a mugshot though, but still), but only to Kate, who has a particularly interesting history (seen in her FBs) of wanting to stand still, but being exclusively unable to do so. I feel like Jack said that, not particularly because Kate hasn't sat down and relaxed at all, because to him, everyone is on edge and moving, there is something about her that is too urgent, always on the job, and it goes beyond the mugshot and the Marshall that never left her alone. She keeps busy for a far bigger reason.
You could be right, Jack has plenty of evidence for that claim, but I felt like there was more to it than that, and judging by how Kate looked a little guilty, almost like she'd been caught with her hanRAB in the cookie jar, she felt the same, like Jack was peering into someplace private and uncharted by another person.
Again, I am the Jater who thinks about small things and dissects it beyond recognition, so I digress!
