ET 1 was 1 day late for Unfair Dismissal and was found Out of Tme at Hearing,

anything I can do? At a recent 5 day ET Hearing my claim for Unfair Dismissal was found to be 'out of time' by 1 day. I had problems sending the form electronically and the Respondents Barrister pointed out the date at the Hearing. This is after 2 years, 2 CMD meetings with a Judge, not letter from the ET informing me my application was 'out of time' or late. Is there anything I can do now, would I have to apply to an EAT? I would be grateful for any help and assistance. Thanks
