Estimate on New Car CD Player + Speakers?

Hello. Well, the title pretty much says it all. I need to know what the cost will be for installation, the CD Player, and 2 new speakers. Nothing fancy. $150 is my limit. So, $$$? And where should I go? I've heard that BestBuy will install it for free, but the closest one to me is like 90 minutes away...There is a Wal-Mart...will they do it for free? Thx!

well looks like your going to walmart and picking up some crappy sony product.
 
ok well do you have the stuff to be installed already? because i new stereo deck will cost anywhere from like 100-300. then if your talking about subwoofers then they can run about 120-alot for 2 of them. best buy should install your stuff for free as long as you buy the stuff from them. they charge you for the wires they use though to install it. cost like 5 bucks. i used to work there
 
Honestly for 150 dollars you wont get much. A new head unit is usually around 100 to 200 dollars and then speakers will be between 50 to 100 per pair. You might get lucky somewhere but the odds are bad. And then you need to have someone install them unless youre doing it yourself.
 
Walmart doesn't install cd players and if they did I don't think I'd trust em. Best buy is a great place to get it done. I've had them put in 2 cd players in different cars. If you go with the bare basics you could probably get it done for $120
