Seven months after my TIF - I no longer have burning heartburn if I eat something acidy. Rather, if I forget to take my Priloces before dinner, or eat something acidy before bed, I have LPR - forceful acid coming into up into the back of my throat and mouth. It's worse than anything I ever had before the TIF and I'm still taking a PPI. Disappointed?? You bet. Be very careful with the procedure.
