Ok, this is my situation....
1. customer has cricket account
2. customer has verizon LG Dare
3. i change PRL and manually program customer's phone
4. ESN chance was done in customer's account, with NATIONWIDE COVERAGE PLAN
5. phone still does not works...
before i used to be able to just call cricket and tell them to change the ESN in the account, and the phone would work like magic....(assuming they have national coverage), now it does not works, and previous customers have no complaints jet...
sooo... any ideas was going on???
