es300 lexus. how to tell if it needs a tune up...?

1993 lexus es300 drives great with high miles. changed air filter, oil, drives great. I just need to know if I need a tune up. I am getting a bit over 200 miles per full tank........any answers are appreciated..........Thanks..

Alex, NYC it will go for sale soon...since unfortunately I am moving to manhattan, where parking costs over 400 dollars a month.........
