Error no 3194 solution

Sir i wnat to down grade my i phone from os4 to os 3.1.3 but every time i got error 3194 ,i follow all instruction to change hosts file but same error i got , ple help me to solve this error and downgrade my i phone so that will make it unlock,

if you dont have SHSH saved with cydia for 3.1.3 you wont be able to downgrade the iphone and you cant save it now as the FW 4.0.1 is out


just make sure you start saving SHSH from now use tiny umbrella program to save it

u can do if u have shsh 3.1.3.
If not, u cant do anything, iphone 3gs = ipod
