Error 3194

I am trying to update to iOS 5. I have finally gotten past the update timeouts and now get "Error 3194" everytime it tries to verify my update.

I have tried rebooting and deleting the "gs.apple.com" line in my hosts file (I'm currently running Greenpoison).

Any other suggestions????

Ive been having this issue too and so far nothing has worked. Anyone have any ideas?

download ipsw put phone in dfu and restore

same error...however i just learned how to manually kick it out of dfu mode =)

iREB bypassed my 3194 error and a later 1604 error and allowed me to update! I highly recommend it.
