Error 3014 while updating to iOS 4 on my iPhone3G?

I have tried restoring and updating normal and in DFU mode and get the same result. Can someone please shed some light on this? Thank you!
I have Windows 7 and am current with iTunes 9.2 by the way.
I have gotten my iPhone to restore to a fresh copy of 3.1.2, but am getting errors 3014 & 3002 now when trying to update to iOS 4. WTF???
