ericsson z800i unlock help

my boss at work has promised me a payrise if i can unlock his z800i, its on vodaphone uk at the moment and he wants to put an orange sim in it. we took it to the local shop to be unlocked but they said they cant do it!!!(it was a phone store and not a grocers) im a complete newbie to this please help me earn some major brownie points thanx

to unlock the z800i you need a T28 Unlock cable (DSC-11) and 1 credit to be used with total multi server.
