I have cracked screen can anyone point me where I can buy a new screen and some instructions as how to put it in
 
First place you look should be ebay. This search result brought up a lot of screen protectors, but if you look a little closer there are several screens for sale in there, and they probably come with instructions for replacement, or ask the seller.
