Equestrian Camps?? Help me please?

i am looking for an overnight camp, say two weeks long. It should be around the texas area, to oklahoma and kansas. i do hunter jumper. i am an experianced rider, i can jump 2"5" and i love horses and enjoy doing stable hand work. what is the best camp for me?? p.s. are there any college camps like that?
