EPTS Discharged from Basic, eligible for GI Bill and Kicker?

I was discharged from the Army in Basic Training for EPTS. I was told that I am qualified for all benefits. What does this include? Am I eligible for the GI Bill and how much percentage? Also, am I eligible for the GI Bill Kicker that was in my contract?
