Episodes that become pariahs

I like Cheese....

The Games episodes of Ren and Stimpy. Stimpy in the late games Era was...not Stimpy. He was anything but the original. And Ren turned into a complete jerk that was obsessed with his dinner.

And then they usually got hurt in all of the Games Episodes. Where was the love?

Given that I brought up a bit of it in another thread, I'm surprised that The Proud Family episode "Penny's Got Game" hasn't had much in the way of bad reviews (as I think it's pariah material..

Basically the episode has Penny trying to get on the football team and eventually the coach is persuaded into letting her on the team (due to Zoey's Aunt who is a lawyer), but even then doesn't let play right away.

To me the big problem with the episode is that every guy on the episode was against her being on the team. Not a single male character was portrayed in a supportive matter on her behalf. I mean was the writer trying to imply that all men are sexist pigs or did I look at the episode wrong? I mean when Justice League's Fury touched upon the Men VS Women bit, they didn't villify male characters to do so.

Terrible Twos and Threes. 'Nough said. Cheese isn't that bad of a character though. He's pretty funny at times. But that Wheeee! game on CN.com drives me nuts. It never ends, does it?

That isn't true. Not all children are yellow, naked and butt ugly. :D

This is strictly my own opinion, but I personally can't stand Cheese so any Foster's episode that largely focuses on him I avoid like the Plague.

Teen Titans "things change". Some fans see it as a logical ending showing how things have changed so much for beast boy and terra,,others are complaining that it gives more questions than answers.

Goo is the second most annoying character to me. I mean, what was Craig thinking? Is he desperate to make the show more funny? You see, because of Cheese and Goo, it turned me off from Foster's.

Goo was good for a one-episode stand.

You don't see the kid from South Park's "All About the Mormons" showing up in every episode.

" The Great Divide" was officially made one when it was bashed by the play/flashback episode of avatar, in the show itself . Even the creators admitted how stupid and pointless that episode was.

At this point, I've kind of lost my faith in "Foster's", but only in the same way that I've lost my faith in "Pok?mon" and "Family Guy" - the concept still has plenty of life in it, but they're not realizing its full potential. Instead of taking stock of their cast of characters and using their personalities to create intriguing new stories, they're content to keep churning out the same old thing.
