Hi, I'm an 18-year-old female; moderately healthy. I went to bed 2 hours ago and can't sleep due to this severe aching in my arms from the elbows to fingertips accompanied by a tremendous burning sensation in my chest; it feels like my sternum is on fire!! Does anybody know what could be causing this?
