EnV touch phone question ? Verizon Wireless ?

I just got the EnV touch from Verizon Wireless . And on my old phone , the EnV 1 I was able to access Mobile IM to go on my AIM account . But on this phone it says you should be able to but i cant . Ive looked at all the get new aps and apps already on my phone Mobile IM is not there . How do I access Mobile IM on this phone ??
