entire body & join pain

i have entire body & joint pain but no fever i'm not a bp patient i take no medications & have had no surgery. it's worst in the morning time so bad i can't get out of bed rest of the day is a sharp steady pain when i move. also have difficulty breathing sometimes so bad that i pass out.

I was going to say you may have arthritis, rheumatism, or other, but, since you state you sometimes pass out, it is time to see your doctor.
