I have an image which has the following properties, 349kb, ..1546x1000 size,
is it possible to upgrade it to 2mb and retain the same or near same size,
will I have to take a snapshot of it with my digital camera from my desktop to acquire such properties? (and hope the quality as in sharpness remains)
