Enhance Programming dropped NHL Center Ice

Just a heads up for anyone with NHL Centre Ice. The latest version of the Bell Web site's "Enhance Programming" dropped Center Ice while adding some theme packs. Strange since Center Ice is not even an option in the program.

A CSR fixed it, but said they have nothing to do with Web site bugs, so I should notify the Web Site. I tried but can't see how to do this without just getting another CSR. There's no category for Web Site errors.

Same thing happened to me. The CSR kept asking me why I cancelled Centre Ice. The thing is you can't cancel it on line and I didn't want it cancelled.

The "contact us" brings up a set of specific topics, none of which relate to the Web site. They relate to Bell services. I chose TV and it was answered by a CSR just saying they had restored Centre Ice. I replyed and asked who to notify and the suggested "e security" which didn't seem right but I'll try it.

Particularly ridiculous since you aren't supposed to be able to cancel CI. In the past at least, once you signed up, you were in it for the full season. Remember folks, this is an organization that only very recently added such advanced features as e-billing to their arsenal of on-line tools. They are so far behind the rest of the 'tech' world that it should be no surprise that their website functionality is flaky at best. Never mind that their CSR's then further complicate things by being absolutely clueless as to who/how to deal with this (asking the customer to call someone else to alert them to the problem too, without even giving them a direct contact number, now that's customer service at it's best). If it doesn't involve powering off the receiver, pressing menu 6-1-3, or unplugging and then pluggin your receiver back in, then they are ill equipped to help you with anything.
