Manhood is the state of being a man. A boy reaches manhood in his teen years.
"Manline" isn't in my edition of the American Heritage Dictionary. Do you mean "manliness"? It means masculinity or the qualities associated with being a man. Any adult male human being is a man, but some men are more manly than others.
