(I thought it was B but I'm not sure)

2. Choosing a good reviewer for your writing means finding someone who?

(They both sound good but I'm not quite sure which one is better.)

(I thought it was B but again I've no idea)

I know Dieter is the subject so I was assuming that it was B but I'm not quite sure.
